Expressing heartfelt gratitude, Sonia shared:

This book was never just about me — and in the next few months, it will be released in Hindi. I’ll be coming back to ensure it reaches girls in rural areas, because every girl deserves access to a story that tells her she has a voice.
I wrote it so it could reach the girls who were never allowed a voice in the first place.”
